The Research and Clinical Education Committee is responsible for objectively evaluating proposals for funding of clinical research activities and clinical education projects.
The proposals should involve or be focused on disease states, education or other areas of interest to the company. The Committee will conduct periodic needs assessments to ascertain which areas of clinical research and/or clinical education would add to the body of knowledge regarding cryoablation science or technology and enhance clinical adoption of the technology.
The Committee will periodically request input from focus groups including: The Scientific Advisory Panel (Urology based), individuals or a forum of individual clinicians currently conducting/interested in conducting interventional Radiology procedures, and/or other market leaders in urology, oncology and interventional radiology.
Under no circumstances will research or clinical education funds be provided to a customer in exchange for purchase, use, order or recommending the Company’s products or as a reward for the prior purchase, use, order or recommendation by the Customer.
